Quando vi o link para este vídeo ontem no WordPress.com Daily Post, revirei os olhos e fiz um julgamento apressado. Fabuloso pensei eu, mais um patrocínio multimilionário da Nike a um atleta famoso, mimado, convencido e já por si cheio de dinheiro sendo apresentado como um modelo de sabedoria a dizer-me como ser grande como ele.
Obrigado, mas não, obrigado.
Fiquei envergonhado com o meu julgamento rápido. Isto é maravilhoso.

Yeah! Fui seleccionado para o TEDxOPorto ! I'm a Tedxster :)
É verdade!
Acabei de ser seleccionado para participar nesta aventura do TEDxOPorto de 2011, no próximo dia 21 de Março, na Casa da Música no Porto.
Porque preenchi a ficha dum modo original, porque tenho um perfil que acham «tedstyle», pela minha experiência, pelo meu CV, pelas coisas boas que fiz pelo mundo e porque faço parte de uma das associações que perseguem e partilham o espírito e objectivos do TEDxOPorto! :)

Skyline Review
Skyline is a science-fiction thriller movie directed by the Strause brothers (Colin Strause and Greg Strause: their company Hydraulx has provided visual effects for Avatar, Iron Man 2, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and 300).
The story takes place in a Los Angeles high rise where a small group of survivors brave a mysterious attack of otherworldly origins. The cast includes Eric Balfour, Donald Faison, Scottie Thompson, and Brittany Daniel.
The trailer:
Skyline, if not always successful, refashions the modern alien invasion motif as the hopeless siege that it should be. It does have a wonderfully messed-up twist ending.

I’m Posting every day in 2011!
I've decided I want to blog more. Rather than just thinking about doing it, I'm starting right now. I will be posting on this blog at least once a week for all of 2011.
